Responsibilites

• Financial reporting and analysis: Prepare and review financial statements, business activity reports, and forecasts. Analyze market trends and business performance to identify opportunities for improvement and cost reduction.
• Budgeting and plainning: Manage and oversee departmental budgets, establish budget guidelines, and monitor financial operations like payroll, invoicing and cash flow.
• Strategic guidance: Advise management, executives on financial decisions to optimize profitability. Formulate strategic, long-term business plan.
• Risk and compliance: Minimize financial risk, ensure legal compliance, and liase with external parties like auditors, bankers, and tax authorities.
• Team oversight: Supervise and manage the finance department staff including accountants and financial analysts.

REQUIREMENTS

Analytical and problem-solving skills: Strong ability to analyze data, identify issues, and develop solutions.

Technical proficiency: Expertise in financial software and accounting systems, including strong MS Office (especially Excel) skills.

Communication skills: Excellent verbal and written communication to present financial reports to managment .

Commercial awareness: Deep understanding of business growth, efficiency, and profitability.

Detail-oriented: Meticulous attention to details to ensure accuracy in financial reporting and compliance.
