Finance Manager

Key responsibilities included:

Prepare and manage all essential reporting, and conduct FP&A work.

Group Consolidation &Reporting

1.      Prepare and submit statutory and management consolidated financial reports for the Group.

2.      Oversee all updates to the chart of accounts, reporting package items, and accounts mapping relationships.

3.       Review each entity’s financials, resolve all issues and discrepancies, and ensure timely and accurate closing processes for each entity.

4.      Coordinate annual audit activities, budgeting and forecasting.

5.      Monitor changes to accounting standards and assess their potential impact to the Group.

6.      Any other duties as required.

Financial Planning & Analysis

1.     Monitor and analyze business operations, providing timely updates on Group’s performance.

2.     Support all analysis request as required by Management to support decision-making and business development.

3.     Support company operations with relevant data analysis, providing financial insights to Management team.

4. Develop and enhance the financial analysis process, deep diving into the data of reports, and support the achievement of strategic objectives.

Qualification:

1.      Minimum bachelor degree with 5-7 years of relevant experience in handling Group Consolidation, financial reporting and analysis.

2.      Demonstrate proficiency in Group Consolidation under a MNC setting.

3. Possessed ACCA, CPA and other professional certification
