Position Overview: As the Finance Manager, you will be an integral part of our leadership team, overseeing all aspects of financial management for our construction projects. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, providing strategic financial insights and ensuring the overall financial health of our projects. You will be reporting to a finance controller.

Key Responsibilities:

Financial Strategy:

• Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with the company's overall objectives.
• Analyze market trends, project costs, and financial risks to provide actionable insights.

Budgeting and Forecasting:

• Lead the budgeting and forecasting process for construction projects, ensuring accuracy and alignment with organizational goals.
• Monitor and report on budget variances, providing proactive solutions to optimize financial performance.

Financial Reporting:

• Prepare comprehensive financial reports for executive leadership, highlighting key performance indicators and financial metrics.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.

Cost Management:

• Implement effective cost control measures to optimize project profitability.
• Collaborate with project managers to track and analyze project costs, identifying areas for improvement.

Cash Flow Management:

• Manage cash flow effectively, ensuring the availability of funds for project milestones.
• Implement strategies to mitigate financial risks and maximize liquidity.

Financial Compliance:

• Stay abreast of relevant financial regulations and standards in the construction industry.
• Ensure compliance with tax laws, financial reporting requirements, and internal policies.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
• Proven experience in financial management within the construction sector.
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
• Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office suite. (E.g ERP-Synergix)
