Plan, manage and supervise the entire packaging process for sesame oil, ensuring products are packed efficiently, accurately, and in compliance with quality standards.
Conduct regular checks to ensure packaging materials and final products meet quality standards. Required to work closely with QA/QC on quality issues.
Identify and address any packaging defects or issues.
Work closely with Operations on Monitor inventory levels of packaging materials and ensure timely ordering and stock replenishment.
Lead and train packaging line workers.
Coordinate with production team and assist in production line if shortage of manpower.
Handle machine maintenance and troubleshoot basic issue.
Prepare daily, weekly, or monthly reports on packaging performance, issues encountered, and solutions implemented for senior management.
Maintain cleanliness with the packaging department. Plan on scheduling and rotating line workers for such duties.
To supervise and assist on container loading of goods.

Job Requirement

Good interpersonal and communication skill
With experience in leading a team of production staff in food manufacturing industry
Ability to operate and troubleshoot production equipment
Good understanding of food manufacturing processes, quality control, and safety standards
