Job Description

Job Scope

  • Pack raw meat and prepare for shipping
  • Cut & prepare raw meat for packing according to order received
  • Preparing frozen raw meat for packing
  • Pick up heavy goods (raw meat) from delivery
  • Cleaning walk-in freezer/cold room where meat has been stored
  • Monitor & supervise other raw meat-handling workers & assist where required
  • Scheduling work shifts
  • Any other work as assigned

Additional Information:

  • Physically demanding due to raw meat handling
  • Very cold environment due to frozen meat storage
  • High working hours due to demand
