Job Description & Requirements

• Production Planning and Scheduling: Develop and implement production schedules to meet customer orders, considering production capacity, raw material availability, and deadlines.
  Staff Management: Supervise and lead production teams, including assigning tasks, coaching employees, and addressing performance issues.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment, Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently Physical endurance to stand for an entire shift Self-motivated and self-directed
  Works well as part of a team and on individual tasks, Able to quickly memorize complex or multiple order, Ability to work effectively as part of a team
