Requirements

l Proven experience as Production Supervisor or similar role

l Experience in using various types of manufacturing machinery and tools

l Organizational and leadership abilities

l Communication and interpersonal skills

l Self-motivated with a results-driven approach

l Problem-solving skills

l Able to work longer hours with prolonged period of standing.

l Must work on weekends/PH.

Responsibilities

l Set daily/weekly/monthly objectives and communicate them to employees

l Organize workflow by assigning responsibilities and preparing schedules

l Oversee and coach employees

l Ensure the safe use of equipment and schedule regular maintenance

l Check production output according to specifications

l Identify issues in efficiency and suggest improvements

l Train new employees on how to safely use machinery and follow procedures

l Enforce strict safety guidelines and company standards

l Able to work longer hours with prolonged period of standing.

l Must work on weekends/PH.
