Work Schedule

6-day work week, Tuesday to Sunday, including public holidays.
Hours:
Tuesday - Friday : 11:00 AM - 8:30PM
Saturday, Sunday: 10:00 AM - 9:00 PM
Public Holidays: 10:00 AM - 9:00 PM (Extra day pay or off in lieu)
Off days: Usually Monday / Tuesday (Rotates based on store needs)

Key Responsibilities:

Ensure the safety and well-being of children within the playground.
Assist with daily operations, including cleaning, organizing, and maintaining the play area.
Provide friendly and engaging customer service to parents and children.
Uphold the cleanliness and hygiene standards of the facility.
Handle cashiering duties accurately and efficiently.
Build positive relationships with customers, ensuring a welcoming and enjoyable experience for families.
As a Full-Time Service Staff, you’ll provide great customer service, handle sales, and keep the store running smoothly in a 6-day work week.

Requirements:

Passionate about working with children in a fun, vibrant environment.
Team player with good communication and interpersonal skills.
Able to handle physical tasks, such as cleaning and organizing play equipment.
Prior experience in customer service or childcare is an advantage, but not mandatory.
