Handyman

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform basic plumbing repairs, including fixing toilet and basin leaks, replacing faucets, and repairing fixtures.
• Repair and adjust door hinges, locks, and handles.
• Carry out minor electrical work such as changing light bulbs and replacing simple fittings.
• Prepare and paint walls, doors, and trims, including making minor surface repairs.
• Perform basic air-conditioning cleaning and maintenance.
• Replace and maintain water filters.
• Respond to urgent repair requests promptly.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a handyman, maintenance worker, or similar role.
• Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, painting, and general repairs.
• Ability to use hand tools and power tools safely.
• Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Physically fit to carry out manual work.
• Strong sense of responsibility and reliability.
