Horticulturist

Roles & Responsibilities:

1. To overview and supervise all landscaping works at various sites.
2. To ensure adequate supply of materials and equipment is available for assigned projects.
3. To prepare work schedule, manpower, site reports and cost estimates according to contract specs.
4. To monitor the site supervisors, local gardeners and other workers in pruning, erosion control, irrigation, fertilisation and application of pesticides.
5. To ensure the workplace safety , MOS, SWP ,RA and health regulations at site.
6. Other ad-hoc duties as assigned beyond working hours
7. To work closely with the operations manager in the planning of resources.
8. To coordinate manpower and site logistics in collaboration with the Operations Manager, ensuring timely and resource-efficient execution.
9. To prepare site reports to detail bservation and recommendations to be submitted as required.

Job requirements:

1. Minimum Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma in Agriculture/Horticulture or equivalent/ WSQ Advanced Certificate in Landscape Supervision or related work experience.

2. Driving license class 3 will be preferred.

3. Minimum 5years of relevant working experience in horticultural and landscape maintenance in Singapore.

4. Competent in Microsoft office

5. Proficient written and communication skills.
