· Application/ Renewal/Cancellation of permit
· Training-organise, registration and maintain staff training record
· Leave administration of cloud based HR management system
· Maintain staff biometric data for clock in system
· Assist in preparation of monthly EXCO reports
· Assist in preparation of salary report (OT calculation, unpaid leave and allowances)
· Preparation for ISO audit
· Facilitate job advertisement posting on portals: Jobstreet, Jobs Bank etc.
Admin
· Maintain IDD PIN
· Contract administration of office related services (Cleaning, security, teleco, and other general services)
· Handling office maintenance issues – Air-Con, printer, and other general IT coordination
· Renewal of license such as Road Tax, VPC and Vehicles insurance renewal issues
· Verification of monthly MHC list
· Updating of name card artwork and coordinate replenishment
Reception
· Perform daily office receptionist duties such as attending to phone calls, customer and visitors
· Book Taxi for the customers/ clients
