Key Responsibilities

Human Resources (HR) Responsibilities

  • Manage full spectrum of HR functions: recruitment, onboarding, offboarding, payroll , coordination, employee relations, application of work passses
  • Develop and implement HR policies, SOPs, and compliance with local labour laws
  • Handle staff welfare, engagement initiatives, and conflict resolutions
  • Arrange workers and staff for necessary courses
  • Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentations
  • Support management on manpower planning and organizational development

Office Manager

Job Description:
The Office Manager is responsible for ensuring the efficient operation of the office by managing administrative tasks, coordinating with various departments, and supporting the company’s overall goals. The role requires excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Administrative Management:
   - Oversee daily office operations and manage office daily works
   - Maintain office equipment and arrange for repairs when necessary.
   - Ensure cleanliness and organization of office spaces.
   - Manage the office budget and track expenses.

2. Personnel Coordination:
   - Assist in the onboarding process for new employees.
   - Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and events.
   - Handle staff queries and provide support as needed.
   - Manage and supervise administrative staff.

3. Communication:
   - Act as a point of contact between employees and management.
   - Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails and phone calls.
   - Prepare and distribute internal communications and announcements.
   - Organize and facilitate company-wide communications and events.

4. Records Management:
   - Maintain and update company records, including personnel files and confidential documents.
   - Ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
   - Develop and implement office procedures and protocols.

5. Facility Management:
   - Oversee office space allocation and layout.
   - Coordinate with external vendors and service providers.
   - Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

6. Project Coordination:
   - Assist in planning and executing company projects and initiatives.
   - Provide administrative support to various departments as needed.
   - Monitor project progress and report updates to management.
