Job Description

Perform recruitment tasks, from sourcing, shortlisting, selection, interview, and offering employment to suitable candidates to fit the manpower schedule.
Plan and execute talent outreach and engagement activities to source potential candidates and maintain an optimal experience for employees.
Handling of employees' disciplinary and grievance issues.
Handling staff enquiries and ensuring HR policies and procedures are communicated to all staff on time.
Development and implementation of the policies of the company.
Analysis, development and implementation of compensation and benefits.
Performance appraisal, increment, promotion, and employee retention.
Perform work pass administration and joining formalities and new employee orientation.
Regular audit of employee personal files to ensure all are well maintained.
Preparation and checking on monthly payroll reports before salary payment processing.
Handling of onboarding and offboarding formalities based on company policies.
Work closely with the project team on employees' training arrangements.
Any other duties as assigned.
