Job Description

Human Resources Manager – Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee and manage the full spectrum of Human Resources functions, including recruitment, onboarding, payroll, compensation and benefits, performance management, and employee relations.

  • Ensure full compliance with Singapore employment laws and regulations, including the Employment Act, CPF requirements, MOM regulations, and other relevant statutory obligations.

  • Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies and procedures in line with company objectives and local legal requirements.

  • Manage recruitment and manpower planning activities, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and selection processes.

  • Handle employee lifecycle matters such as confirmation, promotion, transfer, disciplinary actions, resignation, and termination.

  • Advise management and line managers on HR-related matters, employee issues, and best practices to support business operations.

  • Oversee payroll processing, tax matters, and statutory submissions, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

  • Manage employee performance appraisal systems and support talent development and succession planning initiatives.

  • Foster a positive work culture by addressing employee concerns, resolving workplace conflicts, and promoting staff engagement.

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR documentation.

  • Support training and development initiatives to enhance employee skills and organizational capability.

  • Participate in audits, inspections, or reviews by regulatory authorities when required.
