Oversee and manage the full spectrum of Human Resources functions, including recruitment, onboarding, payroll, compensation and benefits, performance management, and employee relations.
Ensure full compliance with Singapore employment laws and regulations, including the Employment Act, CPF requirements, MOM regulations, and other relevant statutory obligations.
Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies and procedures in line with company objectives and local legal requirements.
Manage recruitment and manpower planning activities, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and selection processes.
Handle employee lifecycle matters such as confirmation, promotion, transfer, disciplinary actions, resignation, and termination.
Advise management and line managers on HR-related matters, employee issues, and best practices to support business operations.
Oversee payroll processing, tax matters, and statutory submissions, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
Manage employee performance appraisal systems and support talent development and succession planning initiatives.
Foster a positive work culture by addressing employee concerns, resolving workplace conflicts, and promoting staff engagement.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR documentation.
Support training and development initiatives to enhance employee skills and organizational capability.
Participate in audits, inspections, or reviews by regulatory authorities when required.
