Human Resource Executive

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end payroll processing, ensuring accuracy and timely disbursement of salaries.
• Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with relevant labor laws.
• Resolve employee queries regarding payroll, benefits, and HR policies.
• Stay updated on changes in labor laws and HR best practices.
• Submission to government agency (IR8A, CPF and etc)
• Yearly renewal of company’s insurance (FWMI, WICA)
• Well versed with WICA & FWMI claims processes
• Submission of various survey required by MOM
• Generating various report upon request by the management
• Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by management
