Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate internal training programs and maintain comprehensive training records.
  • Support internal and external audits and assist in evaluating training effectiveness.
  • Administer Work Pass applications, renewals, and compliance requirements.
  • Maintain and update job descriptions, organization charts, and personnel files.
  • Assist in monthly payroll processing, ensuring accuracy and timely submission of payroll data.
  • Support statutory submissions, employee claims, and salary‑related documentation.
  • Assist in preparing salary benchmarking reports to support compensation and remuneration decisions.
  • Collect, analyze, and compare internal and external market salary data.
  • Provide administrative support for disciplinary processes, including documentation, scheduling, and ensuring compliance with company policies.
  • Lead the Health & Wellness Committee and coordinate staff engagement and well‑being initiatives.
  • Manage panel clinic arrangements and support annual health screening activities.
  • Oversee transport and courier vendor contracts and services.
  • Support cafeteria operations and vendor management.
  • Consolidate and track HR expenditures for budgeting purposes.
  • Assist in audit preparation and maintain updated notice boards.
  • Support the Safety Committee and ensure adherence to workplace safety policies and regulations.
  • Perform any other HR‑related duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Diploma/Degree in HR or related fields.
  • 1–3 years of relevant HR experience, preferably in a generalist or HR operations role.
  • Working knowledge of Work Pass regulations and MOM requirements will be an added advantage.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across all levels.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and experience with HRIS systems will be beneficial.
