Job Description

  • Answering of calls, attend to customers enquiries.
  • Receiving and processing purchase orders.
  • Issuing sales transaction invoices.
  • Verifying orders, including customers’ personal information and payment details.
  • Maintaining and updating sales and customer records.
  • Manage inventory control.
  • Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by team lead.

Job Requirement

  • Minimum 1-3 years working experience in related field.
  • Familiar with Microsoft Word, Excel & Google tools.
  • Have Halal Competency Assessment certificate preference.
  • Able to work independently, as well as a team player.
  • On job training for some online or offline system.
  • Working hours: 10:00 to 19:00.
  • Working day pattern: 5 days per week.
  • Location: 10 Senoko way, few bus stops away from Woodlands North MRT Station (TE1).
