Job Description

  • Answer phone calls and attending to customer inquiries.
  • Receive and processing purchase orders.
  • Issue sales invoices and verifying order details.
  • Maintain accurate sales and customer records.
  • Manage inventory control and stock updates.

Job Requirement

  • Minimum 1-3 years working experience in related field.
  • Familiar with Microsoft Word, Excel & Google tools.
  • Option: familiar with Dynamics and Mevo systems.
  • Able to work independently and collaboratively in a team
  • On job training.

Location: Senoko (Few bus stops from Woodlands North MRT Station - TE1)
Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Working Days: 6 days/week (Rest Day on Saturday)
