Job Overview

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Telemarketer to reach out to small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) to set appointments for our digital marketing solutions. You will play a key role in identifying prospects, generating leads, and helping businesses improve their online presence. This position offers a competitive basic salary along with commissions for every successfully closed case initiated from your appointments.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to SMEs to introduce and pitch our digital marketing services.

Generate interest in digital marketing solutions such as social media marketing, website development, and paid advertising.

Schedule appointments between the prospective clients and our sales consultants.

Maintain accurate records of client interactions and follow-ups.

Meet or exceed weekly and monthly appointment and call quotas.

Communicate effectively with the sales team to ensure smooth handover of leads.

Stay up to date with industry trends and our product offerings to better engage clients.

Requirements:

Previous experience in telemarketing, sales, or customer service (experience in digital marketing is a plus).

Excellent communication and persuasion skills.

Ability to handle objections and build rapport with potential clients.

Basic knowledge of digital marketing solutions such as social media marketing, (training will be provided).

Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and self-driven with a positive attitude.

Proficient in Microsoft Office or CRM systems.
