Responsibilities:
- Client Collaboration – Engage with clients to understand their needs, style preferences, and budget to create tailored design solutions.
- Creative Conceptualization – Develop innovative and aesthetically pleasing design concepts that align with client visions.
- Design & Visualization – Produce detailed 2D layouts and immersive 3D renderings to bring ideas to life.
- Material & Furnishing Selection – Curate and source materials, furniture, and décor that enhance the overall design aesthetic.
- Project Coordination – Oversee the seamless execution of design plans, working closely with contractors, vendors, and suppliers to ensure quality and efficiency.
- Trend & Innovation Integration – Stay ahead of industry trends, incorporating fresh, modern ideas into design projects.
- Project Management – Handle multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring designs are delivered on time, within scope, and budget-friendly.
Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and V-Ray (must-have).
- Experience with 3D rendering tools to create realistic visualizations of design concepts.
- Strong knowledge of industry-standard materials, finishes, and furnishings.
- Ability to create accurate and detailed floor plans, elevations, and construction documents.
- Understanding of lighting design principles and how to integrate them into overall interior design.
- Willingness and ability to learn new 3D software.
Creative Skills:

Education & Experience:
- Degree, Diploma, or ITE in Interior Design or a related field.
- Proven experience as an Interior Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing diverse and successfully completed projects.
