Interior Designer

This position provides ID support and project management to the company.

Individual to be involved in wide scope of projects:
1. Recognize and understand clients’ design requirements.
2. Prepare on space planning for commercial offices, residential and retail spaces.
3. Liaison with suppliers and contractors
4. Liaise with client's representatives with regards to all site matters with proper documentation
5. Manage projects to meet deadlines and budgets

Competencies required:

1. Project planning and coordination (including the design conceptualization, materials and colour scheme specifications)
2. Presentation of design proposal
3. Managing clients
4. Technical skills (such as Sketchup, Autocad)
5. Cost management during WIP
