Roles & Responsibilities

Responsibilities

• Preparation of 3D renderings in your own direction, space planning, and projection drawing
• Presents finalized ideas and concepts to the team and customer;
• Full involvement from tender stage to construction stage.
• Strong experience in technical coordination and drawing production
• Good client management skills
• Experience in space planning/conceptual design/sketching
• Furniture and materials awareness

Requirement

• Diploma/Degree holder in Interior Design or Architecture
• At least 2 years of relevant experience in the commercial interior fit-out industry
• Able to draw 2D and 3D designs for residential and commercial projects
• Proficient in 3D Max, Auto-cad, and/or other design software application
• Preference for candidates who are bilingual in English and Mandarin (preferred as our carpenters are mandarin speaking)
