Looking for passionate individual who have a passion in interior design to join and grow with us....

Covers design aspect:

· space planning, conceptual design development and detailing.

· layout planning, Material and construction proposal.

· articulate and present design proposal to client

· produce detail, shop and construction drawings and specifications, maintaining and monitoring the drawings schedule.

· Responsible for work related to drafting and design including, 2D detailing and 3D modeling, site survey and AS built.

· Liase and coordinate with designers, supplier and vendors.

· Ensure design / drawings meet relevant code and compliance requirements.

· Ensure final drawings are produced on time.

· Goods understanding of material costs and application.

Requirements:

· 2 years working experience in commercial interior design industry preferred

· Neat and organized

· Positive working attitude

· Strong written and verbal communication skills

· Hand sketch confidence

· Proficient in AutoCad, 3Ds Max, Photoshop, illustrator, Sketchup
