Internal Architectural Coordinator

Job Responsibilities

1. Review and understand project drawings specifications and design requirements ensuring adherence to codes and standards.

2. Coordinate and oversee all Architectural works on site/off site

3. Coordinate for planning, programming and monitoring of work progress on site

4. Collaborate with the design team to develop and implement compliant and aesthetically aligned designs.

5. Review material and shop drawing submissions from subcontractors to ensure compliance with approved specifications

6. Attend weekly and monthly progress meetings with consultants and clients to report project updates

7. Review contract drawings and identify discrepancies and requests for information

8. Review and approve architectural as-built drawings

9. To assist the Site Quantity Surveyor and Project manager to qualify need of finishes materials e.g aluminium of quotation and award to supplier or vendors.

10. Coordinate pre-consultations and discussions with authorities for design and submission.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field

2. Fresh graduate are welcome

3. Proficient in the use of design software, such as AutoCad and Structural analysis tools.

4. Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with the ability to think creatively and provide innovative solutions

5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams
