Inventory Management Executive

Core responsibilities

• Monitor inventory levels to ensure sufficient stock to meet demand, prevent shortages, and minimise excess inventory
• Maintain accurate, up-to-date inventory records using ERP software and conduct regular checks to reconcile physical stock with system data
• Supplier coordination:Liaise with suppliers to place orders, ensure timely delivery, and resolve any supply, delivery, or quality issues
• Data analysis and forecasting using Power BI - Analyse SKU turnover and trends, track demand patterns, and other data to forecast future inventory needs and plan for seasonal or market changes
• Process improvement - Develop and implement inventory control procedures and loss prevention strategies to improve efficiency and reduce costs
• Identify slow moving, obsolete and damage SKU
• Prepare and present detailed reports on inventory levels, stock usage, turnover, and operational efficiency to management

Requirements

• Must be able to use a computer with basic applications like Microsoft Office
• Ability to use of Power BI or Tableau data analytic software will be advantageous
• Should be good in arithmetics
• Must be fluent in English; written and spoken
• The company participate in road shows 4 times per year which will require all hands on deck
• Possessing a Class 3 driving licence will be advantageous
