Job Description

Proven work experience as a Technical Support Engineer, Desktop Support Engineer, IT Help Desk Technician
Good understanding of computer systems, mobile devices, mobile applications and other tech products
Installation, configuration, and troubleshooting
Knowledge in network system security
Liaise with vendors on new IT purchase and implementation
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
Any other ad hoc tasks assigned by supervisor
