Job Description:

We are looking for a dedicated and disciplined individual to join our team as an IT Support Technician. This is a junior-level role suitable for candidates who are eager to learn and grow in the field of IT and electronics support.

Responsibilities:

1. Adhere to company rules and maintain professional discipline.
2. Perform basic computer operations and tasks.
3. Willingness to learn computer and IT-related technologies.
4. Communicate and understand instructions clearly.
5. Demonstrate logical thinking and problem-solving ability.
6. Visit customer sites to record and maintain data; perform simple computer tasks on-site.
7. Assemble and test low-voltage cables such as network cables and serial data cables (training will be provided).
8. Perform basic troubleshooting of computer hardware and related devices (training will be provided).
9. Possess above-average understanding of electronics and mechanical concepts.

• Possession of a valid driver’s license

Education Requirements:

• Polytechnic diploma or equivalent qualifications
• ITE graduates are also welcome
