Junior Quality Assurance Assistant

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assist in the maintenance of the Food Safety Management System.
• Assist in collecting information and data required for validation activities in line with standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Support traceability investigations into lapses in quality, hygiene standards, and non-compliance with quality standards.
• Assist in recording results of internal and external audits and organizing information for product and process quality metric management reports.
• Review supplier raw material records and results
• Prepare a sample for external laboratory testing, review, and evaluate the test results.
• Assist in maintaining Halmq (Halal) System
• Assist in regulatory affairs for local and overseas country research, inquiries, labeling review, etc.
• Assist in HPB and Halal application
• Assist with internal training support, including developing training materials and providing training assistance.
• Adhoc tasks given by Supervisors

REQUIREMENTS:

• Higher NITEC / Diploma / Professional Certificates or related field.
• Preferred with good knowledge of Quality Management System (HACCP, BRCGS, FSSC Version 6, ISO 22000)
• Good communication, Organizational and Analytical Skills
• Able to work in a team and independently
