Junior Quality Control - F&B (Fresh Grad Are Welcome)

The successful candidate will be stationed at the processing facility and assist in conducting quality & safety checks across raw materials, processing stages, and finished products to ensure food safety and quality compliance.

• Support internal/external quality audits and ensure compliance with industry and safety standards.
• Ensure that all company food safety and quality assurance procedures are followed and documented correctly at all times.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Hygiene, Sanitation & Environmental Monitoring.
• Ensure compliance with quality specs like shelf life and label accuracy.
• Training in hygiene, allergen handling, SOP adherence, and food safety responsibility.
• Train production staff on QC procedures, sanitation practices, and inspection best practices.
• A hands-on role ensuring product safety and quality from raw materials through finished goods.
• Strong knowledge of food safety systems.
• Excellent attention to detail, communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Capability to coach and influence production teams and drive corrective actions.
