Kitchen Assistant (Part Time)

Job Description

• Perform simple shaping, portioning and placing items on trays for baking.
• Perform basic cutting tasks for baked items (e.g., cutting loaves, slicing cakes).
• Apply simple decorations to cakes and pastries under the guidance of chefs.
• Assist with packaging and labeling baked products for distribution.
• Maintain cleanliness and organise of workstation.
• Support chefs in ingredient preparation and handling equipment as needed.

Job Requirement

• Minimum 1 year of experience in food production or kitchen.
• Basic understanding of food safety and hygiene practices. Preferbally with Food Safety Level 1.
• Working hour: 9am to 4pm Monday to Friday with 1 hour meal break.
