Land Surveyor

Job Responsibilities:

• Perform and conduct on-site land survey and measurements including calculation of survey data using a variety of specialist technical equipment for instrumentation monitoring works
• Responsible for preparation of data, collect and assess for design and construction works
• Determine and implement procedures to establish survey control
• Verify Accuracy of all survey data
• Maintain accurate records and drawings on site
• Assist in supervision and coordination of survey activities to specifications required
• Analyze survey data and produce detailed reports and drawings
• Liaise with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure survey requirements are met
• Maintain records and documentation related to survey activities
• Adhere to health and safety regulations on construction sites
• Any other duties that may be assigned.

Requirements:

• Degree/Diploma in Land Surveying / Civil Engineering or relevant field
• Minimum 3 years of related working experience in land, building and construction industry
• Familiarity with relevant construction and survey regulations and standards
• Knowledge of AutoCAD,Topographic Surveys, Geographic Information System (GIS) and GPS
• Good team player and ability to work in a cross-functional team environment
• Organized, highly motivated and independent with excellent team spirit and interpersonal skills
