Responsibilities:

• Manage the overall daily operations of the linens section
• Ensure quality controls are in place for all linens processes
• Assigns and instructs the team on work to be performed
• Provides training to the laundry team
• Assigns schedules and duties to laundry staff as per business needs
• Assists in the recruitment and selection of laundry personnel
• Responsible for maintaining cleanliness of the linen area
• Ensure employee observance of safety practices

Requirements:

• Minimum PSLE qualification or equivalent
• At least 3-5 years of experience in laundry with supervisory experience
• Independent staff with strong leadership skills
