Leasing Manager

We're seeking an experienced Leasing Manager to drive leasing strategies and build strong relationships with tenants and brokers in the food industrial properties sector.

Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute leasing plans to maximize occupancy and revenue growth

- Build and maintain relationships with existing and potential tenants, brokers, and partners

- Conduct market research to stay up-to-date on trends and competitor activity

- Negotiate and close lease agreements

- Collaborate with property management and marketing teams

Requirements:

- 3+ years of leasing experience in industrial properties, preferably in food or related sectors

- Strong network of industry contacts and brokers

- Excellent communication and negotiation skills

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
