Licensed Electrical Worker (LEW) Grade 7/8

Job Descriptions

• Perform monthly inspections on electrical tools and equipment to ensure they are safe for use as needed.
• Approve and update the single line diagram to meet site requirements and complete the Certificate of Fitness turn-on form.
• Prepare tenders and quotations for maintenance and project-related work.
• Engage in project planning, material requisition, cost management, project oversight, and documentation.
• Plan, prepare, and oversee both preventive and corrective maintenance for M&E equipment.
• Supervise and manage vendors, contractors, and in-house technicians to monitor work progress and coordinate with client representatives on technical issues.
• Lead a team of supervisors and technicians to ensure maximum uptime of M&E systems and their equipment.
• Ensure all tasks are performed safely and adhere to safety procedures.
• Handle any additional ad-hoc duties as assigned.
• Perform any other assigned duties as needed.

Job Requirements

• EMA certified Licensed Electrical Worker Grade 8 (Technician)
• Degree/Diploma in Electrical Engineering or equivalent
• 3 to 5 years’ experience in conducting electrical installation checks to ensure compliance to Code of Practice and Singapore Standard as a LEW
• Immediate availability will be advantageous.
