Job Description

  • Prepare and execute 3D and AutoCAD drawings related to lift and escalator interiors, including design works.
  • Familiar with laser cutting and metal bending processes would be advantageous.
  • Supervise and monitor lift and escalator interior installation works.
  • Provide regular updates and reports on work progress.
  • Ensure projects are progressing smoothly and completed on schedule.
  • Maintain quality standards and ensure compliance with all safety regulations.
  • Plan and manage manpower deployment on-site.
  • Coordinate with main contractors and suppliers.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in the lift and escalator interior industry.
  • Possess a valid Building Construction Safety Supervisor (BCSS) certificate.
  • Capable of communicating with and supervising a multi-national workforce on-site.
  • A strong team player with a proactive and positive attitude.
