PURPOSE OF JOB
You will participate in the manufacturing planning of material and resource for medical devices, working with associates of Planning, Quality Engineering and Process Engineering. You will lead manufacturing team to produce quality products within the S&OP while adhering to quality and safety practices. You will manage, lead and develop Station Leaders in manufacturing planning.

JOB FUNCTION
• Participates in S&OP meeting and plan material and resource for the entire product line. Liaison with Planner, QA Engineer and Process Engineers to ensure that the line meet output, quality, time, cost and safety targets.

• Monitor Lean Daily Management System (LDMS) progression in the line. Facilitate daily shift start up (SSU) meetings. Coach and guide Station Leaders on LDMS improvement and interpretation.

• To meet Zero Quality - Defect Per Million on Human Related Issue.

• Manage, lead and develop Station Leaders to ensure the building of effective teams within the line.

• Provides coaching and certification to trainee on the assembly process.

• Internal communication with all levels of associates.

JOB SPECIFICATIONS
• Minimum secondary education with credits in English or any other equivalent certification.

• Preferably with 2 years’ experience in managing and leading assembly stations.

• Certificate in Section Leader would be an advantage.

• Flexible Shift; 7.00am-3.00pm, 7.30am-5.00pm, 3.00pm-11.00pm and 11.00pm-7.00am

• Shift Allowance
