Logistics Coordinator (1 year contract)

Responsibilities:

• Work closely with all stakeholders to ensure clean orders and process them on a timely manner.

• Work closely with Warehouse team to ensure orders are packed and ready for collection.

• Prepare all shipping documents (both international shipments and domestic deliveries)

• Other ad hoc request pertaining to Warehouse and Logistics related matters.

All listed tasks and responsibilities are deemed as essential functions to this position; however, business conditions may require reasonable accommodations for additional task and responsibilities.

Requirements:

• Experience in order processing, coordinating international air shipments and domestic deliveries, preparation of shipping documents.

• Basic fundamental knowledge in logistics.

• Details oriented team player

• Demonstrate time management skills. 

• Effective verbal and written communication and strong interpersonal skills.

• Ability to interface well with cross-functional teammates.

• Ability to perform with minimum supervision.

• Faster learner and ability to multi-task.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and SAP.

• Ability to comply with company policies and procedures, ISO 13485 and other regulatory requirements.
