Logistics Executive

We are seeking a proactive Logistic Executive to support our painting and renovation operations through effective logistics planning and coordination. The role focuses on managing delivery schedules, coordinating material flow, and ensuring smooth site operations.

•Plan and coordinate inbound and outbound deliveries of painting and construction materials.

•Assist in delivery scheduling and material flow planning to support project timelines.

•Prepare, verify, and track Delivery Orders (DOs) and logistics documentation.

•Liaise with suppliers, transport providers, and internal teams to ensure timely deliveries.

•Monitor inventory levels and support warehouse coordination.

•Assist in logistics cost monitoring and basic operational reporting.

•Ensure compliance with Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) requirements.

•1–3 years of experience in logistics coordination or operations support preferred.

•Good organisational and communication skills.

•Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel).

•Ability to work in a fast-paced project environment.
