Logistics Operations Analyst

Job Summary:

The Logistics Operations Analyst will support the end-to-end supply chain and logistics functions. This role is responsible for analyzing transportation and distribution operations, identifying inefficiencies, and providing insights to optimize delivery performance, reduce costs, and improve customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze logistics and transportation data to identify cost-saving opportunities and performance improvement areas.
• Monitor and report on warehousing, shipping, route efficiency, and delivery performance.
• Collaborate with warehouse teams, and internal departments to ensure timely and cost-effective order fulfillment.
• Support inventory planning and demand forecasting by providing accurate logistics data and insights.
• Develop and track trends and identify potential disruptions in the supply chain..
• Ensure compliance with company policies, local regulations, and industry best practices regarding transportation and warehousing.
• Investigate and resolve logistics-related issues, including delivery delays, shipping discrepancies, and freight matters.
• Contribute to cross-functional projects related to expansion, new product launches, and seasonal demand fluctuations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in logistics, supply chain analytics, or operations
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Drive
• Familiarity with ERP and logistics systems
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
