LOGISTICS OPERATIONS EXECUTIVE

he Logistics Operations Executive is responsible for managing logistics activities and ensuring smooth operations across shipping, inventory management, and customs clearance. This role involves direct communication with suppliers and customers to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Logistics Recordkeeping: Maintain accurate records of logistics activities, including shipping, inventory, and delivery schedules.
• Inventory Management: Oversee inventory levels, ensuring stock accuracy and coordinating with suppliers to meet product demand.
• Shipping Procedures: Manage and coordinate the shipping of products, ensuring cost-effectiveness and timely delivery.
• Freight Forwarding & Customs Clearance: Work with freight forwarders to facilitate efficient transport and ensure all customs clearance procedures are followed.
• Customs Permit Declarations: Prepare and submit customs permit declarations to ensure compliance with regulations.
• Communication with Suppliers & Customers: Maintain clear and timely communication with suppliers and customers to resolve any issues and ensure smooth operations.
