Logistics Operations Executive

Job Scope:

• Oversees the shipping and delivery of material and warehouse personnel
• Perform inventory receiving and releasing.
• To ensure that all inventory transactions are completed within the timeline and maintain stock accuracy.
• Coordinate with processing department for the raw material receiving and finished goods delivery schedules.
• Maintain an organized, sanitary and safety work environment.
• Assist in submission all purchase invoices and other supporting documents to relate departments.
• Able to work in cold air-conditioned environment (below 24 degree Celsius)
• Able to operate Forklift (Posses a valid/ certified Forklift licence) will be an added advantage.
• Able to work handle heavy stuffs.
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as required by management from time to time.
