Logistics Supervisor

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, order picking, and dispatch.
• Manage and guide warehouse staff and drivers to ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment.
• Plan delivery schedules and routes to optimize efficiency.
• Monitor inventory levels, coordinate with procurement and sales teams for stock replenishment.
• Ensure proper handling of drinks and vending products (including fragile and perishable items).
• Oversee logistics systems and processes to improve accuracy and efficiency.
• Maintain safety, cleanliness, and compliance in warehouse operations.
• Track operational KPIs and prepare reports for management.

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or related field.
• Atleast 2 years of relevant experience in warehouse/logistics operations, with supervisory responsibilities.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in inventory management systems / warehouse software.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and handle operational challenges.
• Forklift license will be an added advantage.
