Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in Early Childhood Care and Education - Leadership or equivalent, recognized by the Early Childhood Development Agency (ECDA).

Key Responsibilities:

Leadership & Strategic Vision

• Set and drive overall goals for the school, establishing a clear direction for curriculum and educational standards.
• Guide a team of dedicated early childhood educators, ensuring quality education, holistic development, and care for the children.

Operational & Administrative Oversight

• Oversee the preschool’s strategic direction and day-to-day management, ensuring compliance with licensing and regulatory requirements.
• Handle all ECDA-related matters, including license renewal and adherence to health and safety regulations.
• Manage resources efficiently and prepare budgets to maintain cost-effective operations.

Parent & Community Engagement

• Build strong relationships with parents, addressing concerns and feedback promptly to create a supportive school community.

Program Development & Quality Improvement

• Implement and refine policies, procedures, and programs to elevate the standards of the current and future preschools.
• Mentor and support teachers to foster collaborative learning and improve teaching performance.

Special Initiatives & Events

• Lead center programs, initiatives, and events that enhance the educational experience and center engagement.
