Management Executive

Salary: $3000 - $3800

Working Hours: Mon - Fri | 9am to 6pm

Working Location: Gambas Cres (nearest MRT Canberra)

Responsibilities:

Corporate Secretarial Support: Serve as the knowledge repository of corporate governance, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations. Prepare, review, and manage corporate documents, minutes, resolutions, and filings with regulatory authorities.
Act as the primary point of contact for the boss, addressing inquiries efficiently and accurately. Anticipate needs and proactively prepare relevant information or documents for meetings and decisions.
Maintain accurate records and provide updates on financial status as required.
Handle general administrative duties such as scheduling, correspondence, document management, and logistical arrangements.
Maintain an organized filing system and ensure availability of essential documents.
Demonstrate a proactive approach to anticipate issues, propose solutions, and streamline processes.
Take ownership of assigned tasks with minimal supervision.
Other Tasks & Special Projects: Support the boss with various ad hoc projects, research, and miscellaneous duties as assigned, ensuring timely and efficient completion.
