Responsibilities

Oversee and manage the company’s day-to-day operations to ensure smooth and efficient business activities.

Plan, coordinate and supervise operational workflows, including procurement, inventory control, logistics coordination and order fulfilment.

Manage and guide staff, assign duties, monitor performance and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Liaise with suppliers, customers and business partners to maintain good working relationships and resolve operational issues.

Prepare operational reports, sales summaries and basic financial or cost analysis for management review.

Ensure compliance with relevant Singapore regulations, company standards and internal controls.

Handle ad-hoc duties as assigned by management.

Job Requirements

Minimum 3 years of relevant managerial or supervisory experience, preferably in wholesale trade, trading, logistics or related industries.

Strong leadership, organisational and problem-solving skills.

Ability to manage multiple tasks and work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Proficient in basic computer applications (e.g. MS Office).
