Manager, Contracts

Job Descriptions:-

• Evaluate tenders and costs, manage contracts, and advise the project team on contractual matters.
• Handle tendering, variations, progress claims, and certification of subcontractor payments.
• Manage and prepare all contract documentation and schedules, supporting project cost estimation, specification preparation, bills of quantities, and other tender requirements.
• Resolve contractual claims across various projects from pre-tender to post-contract stages.
• Prepare and submit tenders, including quantity take-offs and pricing.
• Oversee project budgeting and control.
• Collaborate closely with the project site team.
• Work independently to manage all responsibilities.
• Work closely with the project site team

Requirements:-

• Degree in Quantity Surveying with minimum 3 years relevant experience in construction/interior design sector
• Self –motivated, hardworking and able to work under pressure
• Possess good analytical and problem skills
• Strong knowledge in procurement planning
• Proactive and able to work independently
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in Chinese is required to effectively communicate with clients
• Capable of multitasking and managing tight deadlines.
