Roles & Responsibilities
* Lead end-to-end project implementation using appropriate project management methodologies, tools, and best practices to ensure successful delivery.
* Work closely with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document project requirements.
* Ensure assigned projects meet defined requirements, timelines, and quality standards, and are aligned with the company’s strategic objectives.
* Establish and maintain effective project governance processes, including project approval and acceptance based on sound business cases.
* Support project owners in evaluating proposals by providing relevant insights on value, impact, and strategic alignment.
* Monitor project KPIs and performance, identifying risks and implementing corrective actions when required.
* Review and manage project schedules, deliverables, quality, and costs.
* Prepare and present regular project progress reports to management and stakeholders.
* Coordinate and maintain project documentation and administrative records.
* Proactively handle project-related administrative tasks such as meeting coordination, follow-ups, minutes taking, and requirements compilation.
