New Gen @03 Pte. Ltd. is a fast-growing Singapore-based beauty group, with existing businesses in hairdressing, wellness massage, and beauty services. We are now launching a new personal skincare brand and expanding across both online and offline channels.

Job Description:
We are seeking a passionate and experienced Manager to lead and coordinate our company’s overall expansion and operations, focusing on the new skincare product line and its integration with our existing businesses.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations and business development across skincare, beauty, hairdressing, and massage segments.
• Lead product launch and manage marketing efforts for personal skincare products.
• Develop and execute omni-channel strategies (retail & online).
• Take charge of e-commerce, TikTok/Xiaohongshu live streaming, and community growth from 0 to 1.
• Organize and participate in brand roadshows and investor presentations.
• Recruit, train, and manage front-line staff across different departments.

Requirements:

• At least 2 years of hands-on experience in one of the following: facial/skincare treatment, massage therapy, or hairdressing.
• At least 10 years of working experience in any of the relevant industries.
• Familiar with beauty industry trends, skincare product development, and service operations.
• Proven experience in managing business operations or project execution in the beauty sector.
• Strong digital marketing knowledge: TikTok, Xiaohongshu, livestreaming, and e-commerce operations.
• Prior experience in roadshows or brand pitching is a plus.
• Bilingual Mandarin is preferred (to liaise with Chinese-speaking stakeholders).
• Strong leadership and multitasking ability in a fast-paced environment.
