Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Manager to lead our team and oversee daily operations to ensure business goals are met. The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership, communication, and strategic thinking skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, supervise, and mentor a team to achieve operational and performance targets
• Develop and implement business strategies aligned with company goals
• Monitor and report on project progress, performance metrics, and KPIs
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operations
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and cost-efficiency

• Prepare reports and present insights to senior management

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of relevant managerial experience
• Strong leadership and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools

Full Time Basis

Monday to Saturday 9.00am to 6.00pm
