IT MANAGER

U Stars is seeking an experienced and strategic IT Manager to lead and oversee the Technology Department. The successful candidate will manage all IT operations, including hardware, software, systems, and related infrastructure, ensuring optimal performance, security, and scalability.

Key Responsibilities:

· Lead and manage the Technology Department, including hardware, software, and IT infrastructure.

· Plan, implement, and maintain IT systems to support business needs.

· Oversee hardware and software procurement, installation, configuration, and maintenance.

· Ensure network security, data protection, and system reliability.

· Manage IT projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timelines and budgets are met.

· Develop and enforce IT policies, procedures, and best practices.

· Coordinate with vendors, service providers, and other departments to resolve IT-related issues.

· Provide technical guidance and support to the team and end-users.

· Stay updated with emerging technologies and recommend improvements.

Requirements:

· Proven experience as an IT Manager or similar role.

· Strong knowledge of hardware, software, networking, and IT systems.

· Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and project management skills.

· Familiarity with cybersecurity principles and data protection regulations.

· Strong communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams.
